The Iconic Childe Harold operated at this location from 1967 - 2007 and is part of the city’s folklore. It was a cornerstone of the DC scene with an impressive list of bands to have had gigs here including:-

Bruce Springsteen, Al Green, John Denver, George Thorogood & the Destroyers and The Ramones to name a few.

In addition impromptu performances occurred with even The Who and The Rolling Stones taking to the stage.
